- Representatives from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) hosted a webinar providing an overview of the new regulations.

Welcome to the Wisconsin RTAP website
The Wisconsin RTAP program is administered by RLS & Associates, Inc . (RLS) under a contract with WisDOT . Funding for the Program is provided to WisDOT through the Federal Transit Administration's 49 U.S.C Section 5311 Formula Grants for Other Than Urbanized Areas (CFDA 20.509). Wisconsin RTAP assists rural public transit systems and private providers through a variety of training programs, providing scholarships for training and networking events, updating providers on What's New in transit, hosting a transit resource library and archives of the Wisconsin RTAP newsletter, and in many other ways.
